Tips on How to Live Long

If you want to reach a ripe old age, content and healthy, better keep in mind these tips:
  • Stop smoking. If you don’t smoke, don’t even think about it!
  • Exercise daily. It takes about 45 minutes of vigorous activity to maintain weight.
  • Avoid fatty foods.
  • Drink moderately. Beer’s good. But not a whole keg!
  • Heed danger signs.
  • Never drink and drive.
  • Don’t exceed the speed limit.
  • Get at least eight hours of sleep
  • Buckle up.
  • Think twice about extreme sports.
  • Don’t commit suicide.
No one really knows your when your time’s up, but living healthy sure helps.
